Have you ever wondered what happened to all those coins you see being thown into the fountains at Westfield Mall?  Well, rest assured that they are going to a good cause.  Every couple of weeks their maintenance department cleans out the fountains.  Then...

 

...one of Brandon Foundation's Angels and his Junior Angels make a trip to Westfield Brandon and pick up those buckets of coins.  Pete Schwarz and his sons then take those coins and spend their time cleaning them so that they can be deposited into the Foundation bank account.  And from there, the donations go back to the community helping those in need. 

 

"How many coins?"  You might be asking........ last pick up amounted to almost $500!!!
